Ahad Amir Lodhi

Software engineer in Karachi. I build products end to end. Currently that’s Atapata, a digital business card app for Pakistan.

Atapata

Founder & sole engineer · 2025 – present

Atapata

A digital business card app for Pakistani professionals.

Share a live profile by NFC tap, QR code, or WhatsApp link. When you change your details, every card you’ve ever shared updates automatically.

For the paper cards you still collect, the app scans them. OCR pulls the name, title, company, phone and email into a contacts inbox.

Built alone: React Native app, NestJS API, Next.js web. 26 founding members activated before launch, who shared 167 cards between them.

StitchGrab

Software engineer · 2024 – 2026

StitchGrab

A production multi-vendor marketplace handling vendor onboarding, product listings, the full order lifecycle, real-time inventory, geospatial delivery routing, and Stripe Connect split payments.

I owned it end to end: architecture, database schema, APIs, frontend, and every third-party integration.

Dawlance

FSIP intern, then management trainee · 2022, 2024

Dawlance

Computer vision quality control for Pakistan’s largest home appliance manufacturer.

I built an automated inspection system on a Raspberry Pi with OpenCV that replaced a fully manual process, bringing inspection time from four minutes down to under thirty seconds.

Personal projects

Experiments

StatSnap

Live basketball player tracking. YOLOv8 for detection, ByteTrack for identity, and HSV k-means clustering to separate the two teams by jersey colour without any manual labelling. Player IDs hold through occlusions at around 30 FPS.

Jobify

The Jobify pipeline output view, showing the LinkedIn to Apify scrape to deduplicate to tracker flow, counters for 45 listings captured, 24 companies, 30 locations, 14 remote roles and a 7 day window, and a table of captured roles.

A job search pipeline built in n8n. It scrapes listings from LinkedIn through Apify, deduplicates them, and writes structured results to a tracker: 45 listings across 24 companies and 30 locations in a single week.

Role-fit scoring and recruiter outreach are built but not yet wired up.
